This particular Bonsai was not available. Pam called me and let me know and worked very hard to prepare something that would take the place of what I ordered. She texted me pictures to be sure it met with my approval. It was delivered as promised and the recipient was very appreciative. Thank you for the care and concern to be sure my order was acceptable. Above and beyond should be the name of this place. I live in Texas and wanted to send my mom some flowers. Pam did not have the flowers we ordered but called and suggested something different. She even sent pictures of them which I thought was cool. You might say sending pictures?! Come on that should be standard. Ok but you know what’s not standard? How she called and sang happy birthday! Absolutely made our day. Support small businesses. Support people like Pam. Great experience.
