Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Ordering flowers for a funeral from 400 miles away and timing was important. Called NSFSC and they were not able to take my order via phone at that time, but we discussed what I needed. It was suggested I order through the website to get the order in sooner, or I could get a call back later that day. Ordering online was easy, and I even got a call back to make sure all went well. NSFSC even volunteered to add extra holiday decoration to make a nice arrangement. Then the next day I also received a text photo of the arrangement. Pam went out of her way to help. And the flowers were delivered in time to the funeral home for visitation the next day.
