Excellent service, follow up and beautiful arrangement. Let me start by saying I ordered my flowers through their website at 8pm EST on Monday, for a Tuesday wake/ Weds funeral service. I live out of state and couldn't make the service for my Godmother, but wanted to be sure the family knew I was thinking of them. Pamela at North Suburban emailed me soon after placing my order to say they did not have the exact flowers in stock and asked if they could substitute, giving me the colors and varietals to be used. After that, she texted again to say they had "Blessed Godmother" ribbons, would I like to include one (at no charge) on the arrangement. Everything Pamela did was above and beyond and truly appreciated. I will recommend this florist to anyone in the Des Plaines, IL area for all their floral needs.
