My aunt loved the flower arrangement she received for her birthday. She was not at home when North Suburban arrived with the flower arrangement. North Suburban called her mobile phone and found out she would not be home for several hours. North Suburban spoke with my aunt and made sure that the flowers were placed in a secure, safe place for when my aunt was back home. North Suburban did a fantastic job. I am pleased and my aunt was so happy. Thank you
